If you sign up for Email Billing you will no longer receive a paper bill, your bill will come automatically to the email that you provide in the sign up form below.
You will still need to pay your bill separately, either by mailing a check, or online payment. However, if you are interested in setting up Autopay from your bank account the forms and instructions can be downloaded from our Forms page.
Just as with the normal billing cards, you are responsible for paying your water bill by the 15th of the month, even if your bill does not reach you. Since this is a new program and there may be hiccups, if you do not receive your email bill on the 1st of the month please first check your Spam folder in your email program. If your bill is in the Spam folder, please mark your email bill as Not Spam according to the settings of your email program. If you cannot locate your email bill, please contact me through our contact form on our home page or leave me a message at (620)263-0991.
Since you will not be receiving a stub with your account information to return with your payment we request that you write your three digit account number in the Memo line of your check. If you consistently fail to include your three digit account number we reserve the right to return you to paper billing.
